We aim to respond to email within one business day. For anything about your care, you can also message your care team directly from the Messages tab in the app.

Using the Renew Health app

Signing in

The app uses a secure, passwordless sign-in. Enter the email address on your Renew account and we'll email you a 6-digit verification code. Enter that code to sign in. If the code doesn't arrive within a minute, check your spam folder and confirm you entered the same email your care team has on file, then request a new code.

Your results and trends

Once you're signed in, the Home screen shows a snapshot of your health. Trends shows your lab results over time along with your arterial age and carotid (CIMT) scan history. Plans shows your medications and the care protocol your team has built for you. Results appear as they are finalized by your care team.

Messaging your care team

Use the Messages tab to reach your care team with non-urgent questions. This is not for emergencies (see below).

Account and data

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to the medical record retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy. To make any of these requests, email care@renewhealth.us from the address on your account and we'll take care of it.

Troubleshooting

  • I'm not receiving my sign-in code. Check your spam or junk folder, confirm you used the email on file with Renew, and request a new code. If it still doesn't arrive, email us and we'll help.
  • My screens look empty. Some information appears only after your first labs or scans are finalized. If you believe results should be showing, contact your care team from the Messages tab.
  • The app isn't loading or is behaving unexpectedly. Make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store, then fully close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, email us with a short description and, if possible, a screenshot.

Medical emergencies

Renew Health does not provide emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use the app or email to report urgent or emergency symptoms.
